My own journey with health and wellness has taught me that everything you put in your mouth should add to your health and wellness.  Fresh fruits, vegetables, healthy fats such as avocado, olives, seeds and nuts all add to your health.  Proteins such as fatty fish, tofu, poultry and lean meat can all be part of a healthy diet, along with healthy drinks, such as water, coffee, tea, give nourishment to you all day!  Sleep and exercise matter, too!  Let's explore your health and wellnes plan!
